Assets of New Brunswick Imaging Center

Sale of Assets of East Brunswick Imaging Associates, LLC, include: (i) medical imaging and radiology equipment apparatuses, furniture, and supplies (the “Medical Equipment”), most notably a Hitachi Airis II .3T MRI Unit (the “MRI”) and a Hitachi Eclos Slice CT Unit (the “CT Scan”); (ii) office furniture and equipment, including computers, communication systems, and software (the “Office Equipment”); and (iii) accounts receivable, the assets are more describe as below:

• Airis II .3T MRI Unit located within the facility.
• Hitachi Eclos 16 Slice C.T. Unit located within the facility.
• All medical furniture, apparatuses, and supplies located within the Facility except as excluded below.
• All office furniture, equipment, and supplies located within the Facility.
• All computer and communication equipment located within the Facility, to the extent that Seller does not need to keep and preserve hard drives or other computer equipment containing electronic medical records created by the Seller.
• The benefits and enjoyment of any and all improvements to the Facility made by the Debtor for the purpose of operating a medical imaging and radiology center at the Facility.
