Sale of assets of Mine Shield, LLC which includes:

(a) MSHA Approvals and Related Assets- i. All current MSHA Component Approvals to date for Breathable Air, Harmful Gas Removal and Gas Monitoring (60 approvals total). A list of the MSHA Approvals is attached to the Supporting Memorandum. This list also contains components approved by MSHA which are held by other entities. Only those Approvals listing Mine Shield as “Approval Holder” are assets of the Bankruptcy Estate to be sold. ii. All applicable complete CAD drawings relating to the MineShield chambers
iii. 2 PCs containing licensed ProE CAD software 1. Subject to Court approval, the Trustee intends to sell to the Center for Disease Control an experimental Underground Mine Refuge Chamber leased to Center for Disease Control and Prevention pursuant to Contract Number 200-2015-M-61994, dated March 9, 2015. The CDC has requested the accompanying ProE CAD software only related to its specific test chamber, accordingly, the ProE Cad software related to the CDC test chamber shall be EXCLUDED from this auction.
iv. Vendor lists for each purchased part
v. Bill of materials for each model (20 total)
vi. Current Customer (Mine) list
vii. Oxygen cleaning equipment
(b) Selected Inventory – i. All current parts inventory used in the service and manufacture of the MineShield chambers. This includes unique parts such as Monel and Stainless Steel tank valves, regulators, isolation valves, tubing, fittings.
