Auction Sale of assets of Lazer Zone LLC (the “Seller”), all equipment, fixtures, supplies, and other tangible personal property of Lazer Zone, LLC, located at 790 Schillinger Road North, Semmes, Alabama, including without limitation the following:

• LaserTron® Laser Tag System, including vests, zappers, chargers, sensors, and related accessories. 24 complete player units (zappers, vests, chargers) plus spare parts.
• Ride Development Company bumper cars with electrified floor/arena (6 cars);
• Cannonball Airblaster;
• 6 Flatscreen TVs (Samsung);
• Office equipment including filing cabinet and desk;
• Computers;
• Speakers;
• Amplifiers;
• Concessions equipment and fixtures, including stainless steel tables, 3-stall stainless steel sink, pizza warmer, weiner warmer, microwave, popcorn maker, stainless steel handwash sink, snow cone machine, stainless steel ice maker, side by side refrigerator;
• Giant ceiling fan (by Big Ass Fans®);
• Granite counter tops;
• Security Cameras;
• Two redemption counters with lights;

• Inflatables and dolly/handtruck (one 30’ obstacle course and one 10’ x 10’ bounce house);
