Assets of Florida Internet Service Provider

Sale of certain Assets of TAP BROADBAND, LLC includig (a) all fixed tangible assets of the Seller related to telephone and internet system in Georgia (the "Business"), including without limitation any distribution plant, head end equipment, and subscriber installations; (b) all tangible personal property including equipment, tools, vehicles, spare parts, furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, traps, converters, cable, electronic devices, subscriber devices, inventory and supplies and all other tangible personal property related to the Seller's Business; (c) all customer and prospective customer lists; and (d) all telephone numbers of the Seller in connection with the Business.
