Assets of Florida Electronic Store

Sale of assets of IGI Trading, LLC which includes:

1. the Finished Goods that remained at the Premises on the Conversion Date;
2. the personal property that was located at the Premises on the Conversion Date, including, but not limited to (i) the playground equipment, and (ii) all other items detailed and/or described in Exhibit “A” to the APA;
3. the Computers that were located at the Premises on the Conversion Date. The Computers shall be transferred in accordance with provisions of paragraphs Z and AA of the APA;
4. the Purchased Data that resided on the Computers as of the Conversion Date, subject to the Trustee’s right, at his sole discretion and expense, to copy the Purchased Data for use in connection with his administration of the Estate and for pursuit of claims on behalf of the Estate and in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs Z and AA of the APA;
5. the Improvements, subject to any claim or lien of the Landlord;
6. the Estate’s right, title and interest, if any, in the Website; and
7. the IP, if any, subject to any liens, claims or encumbrances
