Auction Sale of personal property assets of The Whole Coffee Company, LLC (the “Seller”), which includes:

Miscellaneous trade inventory, including finished goods, packaging and WIP inventory (collectively, the “Inventory”). The seller also listed the following equipment (referred to collectively as Packing Equipment”): (i) (1) C400SC Machine with all attachments and accessories (1) 13' Long DC Var|Speed Wide Delrin Chain Conveyor with all attachments and accessories; (ii) Accutek Packaging Equipment; (iii) 1 - Accutek In line design Automatic Pick & Place Chuck Capper; 1 - Automatic Induction Sealer. Finally, the seller listed other equipment, furniture, and fixtures (the “FF&E”, collectively with the Inventory and the Packing Equipment, the “Personal Property”).
