Assets of California Furniture Store

Sale of assets of Bausman and Company Incorporated which includes:

1. Machinery and equipment including the metal working equipment;
2. All inventory at 1500 Crafton Avenue;
3. All rights to consigned furniture located in trade showrooms. All showroom personal properly, if any, is sold subject to any applicable liens or charges and not free and clear of liens;
4. All office equipment, furniture and supplies excluding all leased equipment;
5. All company vehicles;
6. All designs and any patents which may exist;
7. All Customer lists, data and computers (or archive of data);
8. All rights to products and profits which may have been illegally obtained through showing Bausman products, and having made elsewhere;
9. All internet sites, domains, social media sites, Catalogs, brochures, price lists media and all sales literature; and
10. The Bausman and Company name and trademark.
