Assets of Arts and Crafts Supplies Company

Sale of assets of The Art Department, LLC which includes certain personal property located in two separate storage facilities located at 54 Rainey Street, Unit 1003, Austin, Texas 78701 (the “Austin Unit”), and at 3021 Vernon Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228 (the “Richmond Unit”), Described below:

1. The Austin Unit.: Twenty metal Klopenstien easels, ten wood easels, thirty drawing horses, three model stands, 20- plus office chairs (Office Max) 20-plus or more Ikea desks of varying sizes, two file cabinets, a large photography sink, 20-plus small rolling cabinets (Ikea), two large office desks, several boxes of random stuff and office supplies (all located in the Austin storage facility on Rainey Street). 
2. The Richmond Unit: Fifteen Metal Klopenstein Easels, 20-plus Drawing Horses, 20-plus office chairs (Office Max), 20-plus desks of varying sizes, 20 small rolling metal carts, several boxes of random stuff and office supplies.
