Assets of Arizona Vehicle Parts Manufacturer

Auction Sale of assets of PACESETTER MANUFACTURING, INC by Cunningham & Associates, Inc., which includes:

1. Lot #1 consists of manufacturing equipment identified in the Exhibit, attached hereto.
2. Lot #2 consists of all other assets including without limitation: raw materials, work in process, finished-goods inventory, accounts receivable (not owned by Seller’s factor, ENGS Commercial Capital, LLC (“ENGS”), accounts receivable aged more than 91 days, resold to Seller pursuant to the factoring agreement with ENGS, intellectual property including tradenames, and any equipment not itemized in the Exhibit.
