Surgery Center for Sale

Guffy, as chapter 11 trustee for Brown Medical Center, Inc. (“BMC”), Ronald J. Sommers, chapter 7 trustee for the Bankruptcy Estate of Castlemane, Inc. (“Sommers”), and St. Michael’s Center for Special Surgery, Ltd. (“SMCSS”) (collectively, Elizabeth M. Guffy as chapter 11 trustee for BMC, SMCSS, and Sommers will be referred to as the “Sellers”), have interests in some of the equipment and other assets being sold in connection with the Dacoma Surgery Center. The Sellers and MRE have been preparing to market and sell the Dacoma Surgery Center, and they expect to begin formal marketing during the week of March 3, 2014. Beginning this week, the Sellers will begin accepting formal offers for the purchase of the Dacoma Surgery Center.
