Stores Closing Sale of Vitamins and Nutritional Supplements

Sale of commencing going concern sales (collectively, the “Stores Closing Sales”) of Vitamin World, Inc., et al., company selling all of their 124 retail store locations identified on Exhibit A on the attached PDF (each individually a “Store,” and collectively the “Stores”). The Sale also include all of the furniture, fixtures, equipment and other assets that the company do not wish to retain (collectively, the "Offered FF&E," and collectively with the Merchandise and any other assets located in a Closing Store, the "Store Assets") at the respective Closing Stores.

The Vitamin World, Inc., et al., are a leading specialty retailer in the vitamins, minerals, herbs and supplements ("VMHS") market. The Debtors offer products across all major VMHS and sports nutrition categories, including supplements, active nutrition, multiples, letter vitamins, health and beauty items, herbs, minerals, food and specialty items.
