Store Closing Sale of Home Improvement Stores Business

Sale of commencing going out of business sales (collectively, the “Store Closing Sale”) of Morgan Administration, Inc., et al., d/b/a Home Owners Bargain Outlet, company operates both retail stores (each individually a “Store,” and collectively the “Stores”), at those locations identified on Exhibit 1(a) on the attached PDF and a distribution center (the “Distribution Center”), and corporate offices (the “CO”) at those locations identified on Exhibit 1(b) on the attached PDF.

The sale also include all “Merchandise” (all inventory at the seller's retail and warehouse locations) plus, under certain conditions, “Owned FF&E” at the seller's locations including its corporate office, in each case by means of a “store closing”, “sale on everything”, “going out of business”, “everything must go”, or similar themed sale (as provided in the Approval Order and further described below, the “Sale”).
