Sale of commencing going out of business sales (collectively, the “Store Closing Sale”) of Payless Holdings LLC., et al., company operate retail stores and distribution center locations identified in Exhibit A and B on the attached PDF (each individually a “Store,” and collectively the “Stores”) by means of a “store closing,” “sale on everything,” “going out of business,” “everything must go,” or similar sale (the “Sale”).
The Store Closing Assets also include furniture, fixtures and equipment ( the “Offered FF&E” and, together with the Merchandise, the “Sale Assets”).
The sellers and their non-seller affiliates (together, the “Company”) are the largest specialty family footwear retailer in the Western Hemisphere, offering a wide range of shoes and accessory items at affordable prices. The Company operates approximately 3,400 stores in more than 40 countries. The sellers are headquartered in Topeka, Kansas with extensive operations that span across the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
