Scrap Business for Sale

Sale of All Assets 100% interest in a business entity known as Sturgeon Bay Iron & Metal, LLC., The sale assets includes business assets, equipment and machinery, as well as the real estate describe as below:

(i) All assets consisting of all inventory, rolling stock, machinery and equipment and related parts and supplies, and all applicable intangible assets of Seller including, its transferable permits and licenses, customer lists, vendor lists, executory contracts, the Sturgeon Bay Iron & Metal name, sales and purchasing records and correspondence, and other books and records of the business;

(ii) Seller's fee simple interest in real estate situated in Door County, Wisconsin, with a street address of 1456 Shiloh Rd, Sturgeon Bay, Wl 54235; together with all easements, rights-of-way, buildings, structures, fixtures, and other improvements, and other property owned by Seller now or hereafter situated on such real estate and annexed of affixed thereto and all rights and interests appurtenant thereto.
