Restaurant Business in New Mexico

Sale of all assets of American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC which includes three (3) separate Village Inn® restaurants as follows:

1. 2340 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 (“Restaurant #1”);
2. 6300 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (“Restaurant #2”); and
3. 2282 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 (“Restaurant #3”). (Restaurant #1, Restaurant #2 and Restaurant #3 are referred to collectively as the “Restaurants.”); and

All leasehold improvements, furniture, fixtures, equipment, food and beverage inventory, supplies, personal property, cash on hand up to certain amounts, licenses, equipment, contracts, leases, and telephone numbers and directory listings associated with each Restaurant.
