Real property located at (a) 1093-1095 Mt. Airy Road, Stevens, Pennsylvania 17578, including any physical structures thereon, Tax Parcel ID No. 090-1197-0-0000 (“Mt. Airy Road Property”), and (b) vacant land also located in Stevens, Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel ID No. 090-46554-0-0000 (“Vacant Property”), together being the “Real Property” and the Seller’s right, title, and interest, in and to the personal property located at Mt Airy Road Property including, without limitation, all inventory, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, accounts, accounts receivable, chattel paper, contract rights, instruments, documents and general intangibles, and all products and proceeds thereof and the Seller’s personal property located at 314 Penn Street, Brooklyn, New York 11211, and the personal property located at Scranton, Pennsylvania,
