Plastic Molding Machine Shop Business in Illinois

Sale of substantially all of assets of the Plastic PowerDrive Products, LLC, which includes:

• Inventories. Those inventories of the Seller, including those supplies, raw materials, parts, finished goods and work-in-process and Seller's interests in all orders or contracts specifically identified for the purchase on Exhibit A-1.
• Machinery. Equipment and Supplies. Those specific items of personal property, equipment, machinery, tools, supplies, furniture, non-inventoried stores and supplies as reflected on the attached list identified as Exhibit A-2.
• Contracts and Other Agreements Relating to the Business. The rights of the Seller under those specific contracts (written or oral), purchase orders and other agreements or arrangements of the Seller identified on Exhibit A-3; the Seller's customer lists, sales records, vendor lists and any warranty materials.
• Intangibles. The Seller's most recent web domain, phone number and use of Seller's name. If any patents, tradenames or copyrights are used in the Seller's business, they shall be assigned to the Purchaser at Purchaser's option.
