The Real Properties described as below:

• Inverrary Property for $9,000,000.00: Inverrary is the owner of a hotel that features an 8-story building containing 207 residential units and 11 commercial suites commonly known as Inverrary Resort Hotel (the “Project”) and said real property is located at 3501 Inverrary Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL 33319 which real property located in Broward County, Florida with Florida Real Property Tax ID: 4941 22 06 0020; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto.

• Alrames Property for $3,5000,00.00: Alrames S.S. DE CV is the owner of the real property located at 6300 Racquet Club Drive, Lauderhill, FL 33319 which real property located in Broward County, Florida with Florida Real Property Tax IDs: 4941 2201 0075; 4941 2302 0010; and 4941 2301 0052; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto.

• Nirvana Property for $2,500,000.00: Nirvana Inverrary Lofts, Inc. is the owner of the real property located at 3366 Spanish Moss Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33319 which real property located in Broward County, Florida, with Florida Real Property Tax IDs 4941 2307 0060 and 4941 2307 0050; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto.
