Sale of assets of D&M Investments, Inc. and MNM HOLDINGS, LLC.  D&M operated a hotel doing business as “Ramada Morgantown Hotel & Conference Center of Morgantown" located at 20 Scott Avenue, Morgantown, WV (the “Hotel”). The Hotel structure is owned by MNM Holdings, LLC. D&M had operated the Hotel as a franchisee of Ramada Worldwide Inc. The seller's are not selling the Hotel as a “Ramada”® branded hotel. MNM owns the Hotel and certain real property and improvements including approximately 9.9 acres on which the Hotel is situated at 20 Scott Avenue, Morgantown, West Virginia. The sale alos including equipment, contracts, leases, and permits.
