Sale of Personal Property of The Liquor Company El Paso, LLC comprised of furnishings, equipment and inventory. All Assets are located at the three El Paso, Texas retail outlets operated by The Liquor Company El Paso, LLC (11100 Sean Haggerty, Suite 206 & 207; 6351 Desert South, Bldg,. B, Suite 107 ; 1320 Zaragoza, Suite 117 & 118). The Assets are:

• All signs on the marques and buildings at 6351 Desert South Blvd. and 11100 Sean Haggerty Drive.
• All Liquor, Beer, Wine at all three locations listed above.
• 3 Point of sale cash registers.
• Credit card machines.
• Telephones
• All shelving including wine racks.
• Counters
• All neon signs, including beer and open signs.
• All miscellaneous office and cleaning supplies.
• Walk In Coolers at 6351 Desert South Blvd. And Sean Haggerty
• All miscellaneous inventory for sale at the locations.
• Any and all other personal property used by The Liquor Company El Paso, LLC in its day to day operation that is not listed above.
• Also, the Seller will sell, transfer, assign and convey to AACRC, without express or implied warranty, and without representations whatsoever, any rights the Debtor may have to the assumed name “The Liquor Company.”
