The business, office and factory located at 55 Samuel Barnet Boulevard, New Bedford, Massachusetts. The Assets of Vectrix LLC are sold in Public Auction by Paul E. Saperstein Co., Inc. The estimated value of the Assets is $2,765,760.00 which are described below:

• a production line used to manufacture the Motorcycles;
• finished Motorcycles (the “Finished Product”);
• unfinished and in production Motorcycles (the “Unfinished Product”);
• specialized manufacturing equipment;
• inventory;
• office equipment and furnishings;
• raw materials used in the design and production of Motorcycles;
• parts used in the design and production of Motorcycles;
• software licenses and programs, including OrCad and Infor Sytleline software programs;
• machines and tooling;
• Facebook and Twitter accounts under the Seller’s control; and
