The restaurants are at the following locations:

  • 5701 North University Drive, Tamarac FL 33321 ("Tamarac");
  • 7266 West Atlantic Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 ("Margate");
  • 1818 Cordova Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 ("Harbour Shops");
  • 11097 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL 333026 ("Pembroke Pines");
  • 6201 North Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 ("Cypress Creek");
  • 801 South University Drive, Plantation, FL 33324 ("Plantation");
  • 800 East Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 ("Hallandale Beach"); and
  • New planned location in Hillsboro Square Shopping Center, Deerfield Beach, FL ("Deerfield Beach").

The Sale Assets include: (i) All Inventory of Restaurants, including ("In-Transit Inventory"); (ii) Leased Real Property; (iii) All tangible personal property including all machinery, equipment, supplies, materials, furniture, computers, fixtures, trade fixtures, computer equipment, hardware, telephone systems, computing and telecommunications equipment, safes and alarms, and other items of personal property related to Restaurants; (iv) All advertising and promotional materials; (v) Contracts; (vi) Permits; (vii) and other assets owned by company related to restaurants.
