The Assets comprise, all tangible assets, inventory (including potentially obsolete and non-job specific inventory), supplies, specifications, equipment, work in progress, pending orders, the DataVast application and database, all intellectual property (including all trademarks, service marks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets), software, telephone numbers, URLs, websites, domain names, the Contracts (as defined below), all deposits under contracts, all formulas, business methodology, goodwill, client contact lists, client records and files.
