Auction Sale of substantially all the assets of The Big Apple Circus, Ltd.,  including sale of Equipment, Vehicles and Intellectual Property, the assets include a wide variety of items, ranging from the Circus’ big top tent, acrobat platforms, and vehicles used to put on the shows, to the toys and memorabilia made available to the Circus’ loyal fans over the years. The Circus Assets also include the Circus’ various copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property, and more particularly described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF.
