(PCF West) and Gomez Family Limited Partnership (GFLP), including, personal property in the form of equipment that is capable of producing up to 2,500 pounds of fried tortilla chips per hour (the “Denver Line”) and a 72,000 square-foot commercial warehouse located at 103 Thomas Road, Bristol, Virginia.
