Sale of Real property located at 5000 East Chenay Bay Route 82, East End Quarter, Christiansted, US Virgin Islands 00820 (the “Chenay Bay Beach Resort”). The Chenay Bay Beach Resort consists of approximately 28.4 acres of land and various improvements, including, among other things, a hotel, bar, restaurant and real estate development. The Sale includes timeshare interests in the Chenay Bay Beach Resort.
The Sale also include of the SCO Trust’s right, title and interest in (collectively, the “Property”): (i) the Timeshare Interests; (ii) Chenay Bay Beach Resort, including: (a) all buildings, improvements and fixtures located thereon; (b) all Personal Property located thereon; (c) all leases, licenses or other occupancy agreements for tenants of Chenay Bay Beach Resort as of the closing of the proposed sale; and (d) certain Intangible Property and (iii) a portfolio of loans associated with the Chenay Bay Beach Resort.
