• 1350 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, Georgia (the “1350 Pleasant Hill Location”);
• 1340 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia (the “Lawrenceville-Suwanee Location”);
• 3633 Peachtree Parkway, Sewanee, Georgia (the “Peachtree Parkway Location”);
• 4205 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, Georgia (the “4205 Pleasant Hill Location”);
• 524 Atlanta Road, Cumming, Georgia (the “Atlanta Road Location”); and
• 850 Oak Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia (the “Oak Road Location”).

T.J.R. – V CORP is a Valvoline quick oil change franchisee and its business includes servicing and changing all motor vehicle fluid and filters, minor repairs and emission inspections.
