Auction Sale of substantially all of assets of the Expert Car Care 3, L.L.C. The company owns and operates an automotive repair and maintenance facility (the “Business”) located at 2650 S. Orlando Drive, Sanford, Florida 32773 (the “Property”). The company also owns the Property on which the Business is situated. The entire parcel is approximately 25,887 square feet. There is an enclosed structure of 1,750 square feet, which is used for the Business’ center of operations, including offices, client waiting area and cash register counter. Outside of the building is an asphalted area of approximately 12,906 square feet on which there is an open structure where the service bays are housed. Each bay consists primarily of a lift and various tools used in automotive repair and maintenance. The Business and the Property, including all improvements and equipment, are substantially all of the assets of the company (collectively the “Assets”).
