Sale of Assets of Advanced Aqua Systems, Inc., which includes:

• The ACT computer program;
• All Quickbooks accounting records (provided that the Trustee may retain and use a copy of this information for use in further administration of the Estate);
• All customer lists, whether maintained electronically or in hard copy;
• All telephone numbers and rights to transfer telephone numbers;
• All customer records;
• All inventory; and
• All social media accounts owned by the Estate, including Facebook and Twitter accounts;
• The Seller's website and rights to url: advancedaquasystems.com, including all content on the Debtor’s website; and
• The right to use the trade names “Advanced Aqua Systems” and “Aqua Systems”; and 
• All intangible property rights, goodwill, labels, logos, advertising, promotional materials, and service marks associated with those trade names.
