Sale of assets of Troje’s Trash Pick-Up, Inc. which includes which includes:

• the rolling stock listed on the;
• all front-end loading and rear-end loading type commercial containers located at customer locations and in inventory;
• all residential carts at customer locations (excluding the excess inventory);
• all roll-off type containers located at customer locations and in inventory;
• all accounts receivable of the Business;
• all Customer accounts and contracts;
• all customer billing software & hardware;
• all active employee files & records;
• all files related to the purchased assets including all rolling stock files, records, maintenance logs and files pertaining to licenses, registrations & permits; and
• all licenses, permits & registrations.
