Assets of Texas Computer Systems Designing Company

Sale of all assets of Continuity Controls, LLC which includes:

1. All Chapter 5 causes of action, known or unknown, including but not limited to, any preferences and/or fraudulent transfer against Alexander Yousefian, Justin McCoy, Patterson + Sheridan, LLP, Fred E. Walker, PC, and any prior officers and directors of Seller;
2. All causes of action, known or unknown, including, but not limited to, any causes of action for breach of contract or breach of fiduciary duty against any prior officers, employees and directors of Seller;
3. All physical assets identified by Seller in its petition for Bankruptcy, including, but not limited to, Seller's laptop;
4. Assignment/ownership of and/or transfer/access to Seller's Google account e. Assignment/ownership of and/or transfer/access to all intellectual property owned or assigned to Seller; and
5. Assignment/ownership of and/or transfer/access to all records of Seller whether they exist in an electronic or physical form held and/or maintained by any third party, including, but not limited to, Alexander Yousefain, Justin McCoy and Patterson + Sheridan, LLPand all information contained therein;
