Assets of Tanning Saloon

Sale of assets of TLA Tanning Corp includes both tangible and intangible, used by Seller in conducting the business of the Company under the name, "Outback Tanning" and "Rio Tans" including but not limited to inventory, furniture and fixtures, equipment to which you hold title, other fixed assets, business opportunities, goodwill, customer lists, trade secrets, the right to do business under the name of "Outback Tanning" and "Rio Tans", the right to use the telephone number, (770) 466-9231 for Loganville location and (678) 541-6821 for Buford location, and any other telephone numbers answered at the location of the Business, and all of Seller's rights as tenant or lessee under any lease of real or personal property occupied or used by Seller.
