Sale of substantially all of assets of the Vitamin World, Inc., include inventory, the majority of which consists of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements. The Company also own a significant amount of equipment, including computer software, store equipment, and warehouse equipment. The Company own numerous trademarks related to the Vitamin World brand that provide the company a competitive edge in the VMHS market. The Company instead lease retail locations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam, most of which are located in malls and shopping centers, and distribution centers located in New York and Nevada.
