Assets of Restaurant and Sports Bar Business

Sale of assets of Riley Drive Entertainment XV, Inc., which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• All furniture, fixtures, computers, equipment, machinery, tools and office equipment, including the personal property described in Schedule 1 on the attached PDF;
• All other tangible assets, including but not limited to, all inventory and supplies; and
• All goodwill and other intangible assets and rights, including any phone and fax numbers of the Business; vendor, contractor or service lists: transferable licenses and permits; and any other intellectual property of any kind or nature whatsoever, including a irrevocable license to use the name Saints Pub + Patio.
