Biloxi Radiation Oncology Center, LLC is a Mississippi limited liability company formed in 1999. It operated as inpatient and outpatient radiation oncology treatment center in leased office space located at Biloxi Regional Medical Center (“Biloxi Regional Facility”). In 2006, when the need for new and more modern radiation equipment arose, Cedar Lake Oncology was formed.

Cedar Lake Oncology is a Mississippi limited liability company. It acquired a ground lease near the Cedar Lake Medical Office Building in Biloxi, Mississippi, constructed a building, and purchased new equipment (the “Cedar Lake Facility”).
