Sale of assets of First Choice Pet Care, Inc. which includes:

1. Office equipment located within the currently operating clinics, e.g., desks, chairs, benches, computer equipment, communication systems equipment, software, washer and dryer;
2. Veterinary clinic equipment, e.g, microscopes, centrifuge, laboratory equipment, kennels, surgery equipment, x-ray equipment, dental equipment, lab system and surgery system;
3. The registered trademarks owned by First Choice, which include the following: (I) “The Corner Vet”, (ii) “Petsential”, and (iii) “Love Your Pet for Less”;
4. All domain names e.g. “thecornervet.com, the current website: www.thecornervet.com and all software related to current and previous websites;
5. The Estate’s right to any lease deposits with:
   (1) Asana Partners for 440 W. 19th Street, Houston, TX 77008;
   (2) OTRE Investments, LLC for 5300 S. Cooper, #100, Arlington, TX 76017; and,
   (3) Kagan Realty Investors for 4832 Beechnut Street, Houston, TX 77096; and,
6. The Estate’s bank accounts and secured credit card which include the following:
   (1) Chase Bank deposit account ending in 6123 with a balance of $5.00;
   (2) Chase Bank operating account ending in 5910 with a balance of $89.00;
   (3) Veritex Bank deposit account ending in 0564 with a balance of approximately $2,0001;
   (4) Chase Bank deposit account ending in 3100 with a balance of $1.00; and,
   (5) Chase Bank operating account ending in 5816 with a balance of $115.00.
