Sale of assets of Quantum Transportation, LLC which includes office furniture and equipment, transportation equipment and various materials and inventory, shop equipment, tools and parts, intellectual property rights, good will, certain customer contracts and other contracts and goods utilized in its Business. Also included in the sale is a certain U.S. Patent No. 7,228,199 for tank level monitoring owned by Donmoyer and other intangible and tangible assets relating to properties utilized by the Sellers in Ono, Pennsylvania, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Walnutport, Pennsylvania, Vineland, New Jersey, Keymer, Maryland, Martinsburg, West Virginia and Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, respectively. Transportation equipment consisting, for the most part, of over-the-road tractors, trailers and leased equipment.
