Sale of Assets of restaurant and bar business known or designated as “The Commons at Franklin” at 1340 Liberty Street, Franklin, Pennsylvania, assets are describe as: (a) the goodwill of the Business; (b) the inventory of food, beverages and supplies of the Business; (c) the furniture, fixtures, equipment and all other assets used in or relating to the Business located on the Business premises and owned by the Seller; (d) Pennsylvania Restaurant Liquor License No. R-13160 and all permits related thereto; (e) the name “The Commons at Franklin” and all derivations thereof; and (f) licenses, permits, insurance policies and contracts relating to the Business
