Assets of Non-Bank Holding Company

Sale of assets of First Fruits Holdings, LLC, includes:

• All of the furniture, fixtures, equipment, leasehold improvements, and other tangible assets used or useful in the business;
• All of the trade, goodwill, and other intangible assets of the business including the business name, phone number and website;
• All of the inventory of the business at the Debtor’s cost, which may be adjusted at the time of closing;
• All of the accounts receivable of the business adjusted at the time of closing
• All of the Seller’s interest in the following real property, described as follows:
  i. 390 Feltham Road, Weiser, ID 83672, commonly known as Main Packing Facility;
  ii. 213 East 3rd Street, Weiser, ID 83672, commonly known as Downtown Cold Storage;
  iii. 415 River Dock Road, Weiser, ID 83672; and,
  iv. 790 River Bend Road, Weiser, ID 83672 (commonly known as Josephson Building)
