Assets of Massachusetts Restaurant Business

Sale of Assets of Sunset Partners, Inc., described as below:

• All Kinds Common Victualler Alcohol License (LN-2017-0337) and Common Victualler License (LN-2017-0238) issued by the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts (collectively “Alcohol License”) 
• All of the Debtor’s right, title and interest in the furniture, fixtures, equipment, inventory, and goodwill; 
• The non-exclusive right to use the trademarks, intellectual property and trade names of the Sunset Cantina restaurant; and 
• All of the Debtors’ right to occupy the premises at 916 Commonwealth Avenue, Brookline, MA, pursuant to new leases (“Leases”) to be negotiated with the premises landlord (collectively, the “Assets”).
