Assets of Internet Host Services Company

Sale of assets of Umatch, Inc. which includes:

1. The software developed for UMatch by Pandoodle including all copies thereof and all rights thereto. At least one copy of this software must be readable and usable. Specifically included is a copy of the last changes and updates made by Pandoodle. Also specifically included is all documentation of the Pandoodle software.
2. Full release from Pandoodle from their law suit(s) including ownership of software
3. Data base from Limestone College (data for testing purposes only)
4. Roommate match software and data collected from Limestone College (data for testing purposes only)
5. All UMatch rights to the THR software including the right to pursue THR for ownership/licensing of developed software. All UMatch rights to THR software documentation.
6. All method and process documentation developed by UMatch employees or contractors including all patent application(s)
7. Rights to all UMatch sales and marketing material including videos, printed materials, and web/website materials.
8. All UMatch copyrights
9. All UMatch trademarks specifically including, but not limited to: Campus Connector, Campus Connectr
10. All UMatch internet domain names including, but not limited to: www.campusconnector.com, www.campusconnectr.com
11. Exclusive access to any and all Umatch sales data, including customer/potential customer contact information, from the operation of the company. The Court specifically directs all previous UMatch employees to provide this information. The Trustee will write all previous UMatch employees instructing them to provide this information.
12. A list of UMatch payables, sellers, and former investors/stockholders including amounts owed or stock purchase amounts. A copy of all UMatch contracts, agreements, purchase orders, or other legal documents.
