- Parking lot-2 for Hospital: 850 Riverview Avenue, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky (PVA Map No. 075-20-00-002.00).
- Total Care building: 121 Virginia Avenue, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky 40977 (PVA Map No. 075-23-01-006.00).
- Parking lot for Total Care building: Walnut Street, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky 40977 (PVA Map No. 075-23-01-009-00).
- House 1: 111 Valley Road, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky 40977 (PVA Map No. 062-40-00-011.00).
- House 2: 115 Valley Road, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky 40977 (PVA Map No. 062-40-00-012.00).
- Vacant lot: Small, vacant lot on U.S. 25E, Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky 40977 (PVA Map No. 062-40-00-010.00).
- Any leasehold interests in any real property in which the Debtor is the tenant.
(ii) Inventory, Equipment, and other tangible Personal Property:
- All current equipment, medical equipment, computer hardware and other data processing equipment, machinery, vehicles, software, hardware, office furnishings, furniture, instruments, fixtures, leasehold improvements and other tangible personal property of the seller;
- All documents, records, operating manuals; and
- Subject to applicable law and regulation, healthcare records.
(iii) Licenses, Permits, and other intangible Personal Property:
- Subject to applicable law and regulation, the hospital’s certificate of needs, licenses, permits, and other rights issued by applicable regulatory authorities to allow the hospital to operate as a medical facility;
- Medicare provider agreements, agreements with private health plans;
- A list describing the certificate of needs, licenses and certificates; and
- Other intangible property.

The bidding process will be a two round process, generally referred to as a hybrid sealed bid auction (the “Auction”). The first round will be sealed bids that are submitted to the Trustee, and/or the Trustee’s designated agent or agents by Monday July 15, 2019, on or before 5:00 p.m.
The second tier may be an auction conducted via internet-only bidding which will be held on July 18, 2019 with online bidding opening at 10:00 a.m. EDT and ending with a soft closing at 11:00 a.m.
