Assets of Health Food Products Business

Sale of substantially all of the assets of ORANGE PEEL ENTERPRISES, INC, described as below:

• All cash, bank accounts, certificates of deposit and other cash equivalents of the bankruptcy;
• All accounts receivable, notes and other receivables, including all loans and other advances related to the Business or owed to the bankruptcy and existing as of the Closing Date;
• All inventory, including finished goods, work in process, supplies, parts, containers, recycled materials and raw materials owned or leased by, licensed or held for use by, or are in transit to or from the Debtor in connection with the Business, or located at the bankruptcy facility at 1109 19th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 or any other location where Inventory is maintained by the bankruptcy;
• All office furniture, office equipment, including all computer equipment and communication systems equipment and Software, models, signage, office fixtures, improvements, supplies, forms, office materials and clerical supplies;
• All of the bankruptcy right, title and interest in the Intellectual Property, and more particularly described in Page 4 to 5 on the attached PDF.
