Assets of Health Care Clinics Business

Sale of Equipment and Clinics Related Assets of Horisons Unlimited. Equipment used in its eight former clinics, include personal property and fixtures located in the clinics, described as below:

• Security Deposit under the lease of the Los Banos premises;
• Supplies, excluding any medicine or controlled substances, located at the premises subject to the Assigned Leases (the "Leased Premises";)
• All office furniture located at the Leased Premises;
• All owned leasehold improvements located at the Leased Premises;
• The following domain names, to the extent assignable to Buyer;
• Patient mailing list(s) to the extent they exist and release is permitted and appropriate under existing State and Federal law;
• Dental and medical equipment, including X-ray machines, in the Leased Premises;
• Telephone and fax numbers for the Leased Premises; and
• All existing licenses, permits, and computer software, to the extent they are assignable under existing State and Federal law.
