Auction Sale of assets of NewAge, Inc., et al., (the “Seller”), including all real and personal, tangible, and intangible property and assets of the Seller Parties of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and all proceeds, rents, or profits thereof, including, but not limited to, cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, any and all claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, any and all derivative estate claims, any and all trade names, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property and license rights owned by the Seller Parties.
