Sale of assets of ALERT GPS HOLDINGS, CORP. which includes tangible and intangible personal property whatsoever, now or hereafter discovered, and whether or not specifically listed herein or in the Schedules, including but not limited to all cash, accounts, inventory, equipment, furniture, general intangibles, contracts, intellectual property (including but not limited to, rights/interests in website(s), trade name(s), trademarks, domain names, patents and patent applications, ideas for patents, all software including source code and object code) customer contract(s) and relationships, stock, membership interests or other rights or interests in entities, other personal property, deposits, receivables (whether or not invoiced as of the date of this Motion), goodwill, patents and patent applications, ideas for patents, trademarks, tradenames, domain names, source code, and object code.
