Assets of Florida Restaurant Business

Sale of all assets of SBG Burger Opco, LLC and Starboard Group of Alabama, LLC includes all of the remaining assets of each such Debtor related to the operation of its Wendy’s® branded restaurants more specifically set forth in the applicable Asset Purchase Agreement, including, as applicable, all ongoing business operations, furniture, fixtures and equipment, goodwill, franchise agreements with Wendy’s, other executory contracts and unexpired leases of non-residential real property, except for any Excluded Assets.
