Assets of Florida Health Care Business

Sale of assets of Delphi Behavioral Health Group, LLC, includes:

1. cash (except Retained Cash);
2. accounts receivable;
3. deposits, credits, and prepaid charges and expenses;
4. claims related to the business;
5. royalties, advances, prepaid assets and other current assets;
6. medical supplies and other inventory;
7. machinery, furniture, equipment, and fixtures;
8. Assumed Contracts;
9. intellectual property (including that of the Sellers other than the Sellers);
10. leased real property;
11. certain claims and causes of action under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code; and
12. all other assets or rights of every kind and description of the Sellers related to their business, wherever located, whether real, personal or mixed, tangible or Intangible.
