Assets of Financial Advisory Services Company

Sale of assets of ASPEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC which includes:

• All Loan Folders (including the Green Folders) and Miscellaneous Documents (as each of those terms are defined in the Disposal Motion) that are in the Storage Unit, excluding the following:
  - The 6 boxes of Loan Folders (including the Green Folders) and Miscellaneous Documents relating to the Desert Land loan;
  - The Loan Folders (including the Green Folder) for the Las Vegas Res Opp Fund II loan;
  - The Green Folder relating to the Alexander Holding loan;
  - All paper Investor Files (as that term is defined in the Motion to Dispose.
• The filing cabinets and boxes that are currently in the Storage Unit.
• The two Aspen computers currently in the Trustee's counsel's possession.
• The following electronic files, as extracted from the records of Aspen by the former Trustee during the course of the bankruptcy case: (i) the extract relating to 55 certain loans, showing the investor names and percentages on loans; and (ii) the Investor List extract, containing the contact information for the approximately 2,000 Aspen investors that invested in the 55 loans. The Investor List extract will not contain any Social Security numbers.
