The MCL Assets for $250,000: include all equipment and machinery, including power-driven machinery and equipment, together with all replacements thereof, all attachments, accessories, parts and tools belonging thereto or for use in connection therewith, and all general intangibles, inventory, accounts, instruments, fixtures and chattel paper, as well as all goodwill, intellectual property, customer lists, and phone numbers.

Cambrady Assets for $150,000: Include all equipment and machinery, including power-driven machinery and equipment, together with all replacements thereof, all attachments, accessories, parts and tools belonging thereto or for use in connection therewith, and all general intangibles, inventory, accounts, instruments, fixtures and chattel paper, as well as all goodwill, intellectual property, customer lists, and phone numbers.
